This assignment runs from August 24, 2026, through June 10, 2027, requiring a full-time commitment of 37.5 hours per week. With several positions open, you’ll be able to share ideas and strategies while learning with peers, all while focusing on student success.

Key Qualifications:

• Current and active Michigan Special Education Teaching License (verification required; please provide a screenshot of your credential)
• Experience or interest in working within Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) high school classrooms
• Deep commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive classroom environment
• Strong collaboration and communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver engaging instruction for high school students with ASD
• Develop and implement IEPs in accordance with state and federal guidelines
• Partner with families and school staff to ensure each student receives appropriate support
• Track student progress, modify instructional strategies, and maintain records accurately
• Maintain a positive, organized classroom tailored to diverse learning needs
