Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand each client's unique mental health requirements, crafting individualized treatment plans accordingly.

• Provide ongoing counseling sessions, utilizing various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions that educate participants on coping mechanisms, building life skills, and providing a supportive environment for shared experiences.

• Monitor client progress regularly, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary, and maintaining open lines of communication with clients about their journey and challenges.

• Collaborate seamlessly with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive care and resource availability for clients.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies, ensuring exceptional data security and accuracy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your counseling practice will focus on a wide variety of clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and other mental health concerns. By working with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, you will develop a rich understanding of distinct cultural backgrounds and mental health needs, promoting inclusivity and sensitivity in your practice.

Qualifications\n

• An active and valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Tennessee.

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this role is competitively set between USD 70,000 and 90,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and caseload. In addition, our counselors enjoy a streamlined experience through unlimited client referrals and dedicated support for billing and administrative tasks, allowing you to prioritize client care.
