Early Intervention Occupational Therapist Job Overview At Beanstalk Academy, we are dedicated to helping children grow, develop, and thrive during their most important early years. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Early Intervention Occupational Therapist to provide early intervention services to children ages 0-3. Compensation: [$55–$70 per 30min session] Responsibilities Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to children ages 0-3 Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Address fine motor, sensory processing, feeding, self-help, and developmental skills Implement evidence-based, play-based therapeutic interventions Educate and coach parents/caregivers to support skill carryover in daily routines Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and reports in compliance with EI guidelines Participate in meetings Qualifications Master's degree in Occupational Therapy required Current NYS licensure as an Occupational Therapist Experience in pediatrics or early intervention preferred Strong understanding of child development and sensory integration principles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently Preferred Qualifications Experience with early intervention (ages 0-3) Familiarity with IFSPs and family-centered service models Schedule & Work Environment Flexible scheduling Services provided in-home and/or daycare Why Join Beanstalk Academy?
