Our dealership serves asthe main resource for the highly popular and luxurious Mercedes-Benz vehicles across the Capital Region. In the early 1970’s the dealership grew as we expanded with BMW and Honda. The six-man operation flourished. Fast-forward to today, we have added Mini, Alfa-Romeo, the Keeler Quality Pre-Owned Center, Collision Center, a Full-Service Body Shop, and a Detail Department. Please note: Prior automotive service knowledge is required for this position. Candidates must possess a strong understanding of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair processes to be successful in this role. This is a full-time position, with hours from Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM, with rotating Saturday's. The annual salary plus monthly commission range is $60,000–$100,000 , based on experience and qualifications. Responsibilities: Act as a liaison between the customer and the automotive technicians - clearly communicating customer concerns. Provide detailed descriptions of vehicle issues, service requirements, and potential solutions to customers and technicians. Qualifications: Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to manage customer complaints gracefully. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, capable of efficiently managing multiple needs at once.
