Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions remotely, utilizing video conferencing tools to ensure accessibility and convenience for clients.

• Assess clients’ emotional and mental health needs through comprehensive evaluations, understanding their goals and challenges.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that are goal-oriented and tailored to the unique situations of each client, with a focus on actionable strategies.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques during sessions, modify approaches based on client progress, and document all interactions in secure client records.

• Provide crisis intervention as necessary, offering immediate support and resources to clients in distress.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including social workers and psychiatrists, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Stay current with licensure requirements and complete essential continuing education to maintain professional competency in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Working primarily with families and couples, you will engage with clients from diverse backgrounds who are experiencing a range of issues from relationship conflicts to behavioral challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in Washington State is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
