About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Growth & Marketing to take on a pivotal role in driving U.S. enrollment growth for one of its education brands. This senior leadership position is all about owning the growth and market position, with a focus on material and measurable results. The successful candidate will be the primary marketing authority for the U.S. region, expected to lead with a business-owner mentality, and be a strategic partner to the senior leadership team. Responsibilities include defining and executing the U.S. marketing strategy, building and leading a high-performing marketing team, and being at the forefront of brand and growth marketing, from positioning to demand generation across various channels. The role also demands commercial and operational ownership, including budget management and relationships with external partners. The ideal candidate for this role at the company is not just a technical marketing expert but a dynamic leader who can significantly impact the business. Key attributes include a strong sense of ownership, the ability to work with speed and decisiveness, and a proven track record of scaling businesses. The company is looking for someone who can bring a test-and-learn approach, is comfortable with ambiguity, and can make data-driven decisions to improve conversion. The Head of Growth & Marketing will be expected to have a hands-on approach, be adept at managing change, and be ready to take on the challenge of a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
