Part-Time Case Manager, Homeless Shelter
Family Service League Inc.
Family Service League is seeking a part-time Case Manager for a homeless shelter in Smithtown, NY. The Case Manager will conduct client assessments, developing Independent Living Plans, linking clients with community-based service resources. The Case Manager will assist clients in achieving self-sufficiency through advocacy, counseling, and resource referrals.
