• Serve as the primary contact for assigned vendors, managers, and internal departments regarding invoice and payment inquiries as the Accounts Payable Coordinator - Entry Level
• Research and resolve short payments, pastdue invoices, and payment discrepancies as the Accounts Payable Coordinator - Entry Level
• Review and reconcile high volumes of vendor statements, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of outstanding items as the Accounts Payable Coordinator - Entry Level

Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Coordinator - Entry Level

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field required
• 2+ years of customer service, administrative support, or related experience
