Required Skills And Qualifications Dealership and/or aftermarket service advisor experience High school diploma or equivalent Excellent communication, interpersonal, telephone, computer and organizational skills Experience in dealing with customer objections Ability to analyze opportunities and read situations well Must pass pre-employment testing to include background check, driving record check, and drug screening.
