Senior Real Estate Contracts & Compliance Lead

Zipline is seeking a Real Estate Contracts Manager to own the day-to-day lifecycle of standard real estate agreements, partnering with Legal, Real Estate, Site Acquisition, and Site Development to enable reliable contract execution and risk management. You will draft, negotiate, and manage leases and related documents, maintain templates and workflows, and liaise with landlords and external counsel.
