Key Responsibilities\n

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) will undertake a variety of responsibilities at Austin Anxiety and Trauma Services, including:

• Conducting individual and couples therapy sessions to assist clients across all age groups, adapting therapeutic techniques to fit diverse clinical presentations.

• Utilizing our billing service to manage claims and maintain accurate records related to client accounts, thereby streamlining administrative tasks.

• Timely documentation of all therapy notes and client interactions to maintain compliance with organizational standards and best practices.

• Coordinating and scheduling ongoing appointments, ensuring an organized workflow and effective communication with clients about their treatment plans.

• Contributing to a collaborative team environment by engaging with fellow therapists to share expertise, best practices, and support one another in professional growth.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 annually, complemented by a sign-on bonus for eligible candidates. Benefits include:
