Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for incoming patients and their families to understand their unique needs and challenges.

• Provide tailored individual and family therapy sessions, addressing specific mental health concerns and utilizing therapeutic techniques that promote healing and resilience.

• Ensure timely completion of administrative tasks such as billing, documentation, and individual treatment plans, maintaining compliance with all insurance authorization regulations.

• Develop crisis and safety plans, as well as relapse prevention and wellness plans, to empower patients in maintaining stability and achieving their mental health goals.

• Create comprehensive discharge plans in collaboration with patients and their families to facilitate smooth transitions out of therapeutic care.

• Adhere to federal and state laws while implementing organizational policies and procedures to uphold professional standards.
\n
• Remain proactive in professional development through ongoing training, case consultations, and participation in agency meetings.
\n
• Fulfill all licensure requirements and mandatory training to stay current in your practice.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
