Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status and emotional needs, employing standardized diagnostic tools and personal interviews.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that align with each client's specific goals, ensuring a holistic approach to mental health care.

• Provide various therapeutic interventions, including one-on-one, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Regularly monitor client progress, documenting developments, and adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Offer crisis intervention as necessary, providing immediate support and developing strategies to assist clients during challenging moments.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, which may include psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to coordinate care and support the holistic well-being of clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, each with unique psychological and emotional challenges. Qualifications\n
