Facilities Coordinator

Job Description Manage facility ticketing system and coordinate routine and corrective maintenance (HVAC, plumbing, electrical). Coordinate and oversee vendors and contractors, including scheduling, performance monitoring, and cost-effective service delivery. Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, ensuring availability while controlling costs. Serve as the primary point of contact for facility-related issues and coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations. Maintain accurate records for maintenance activities, expenses, contracts, payroll support, and facilities office operations.
