Teacher - Substitute

Summary We are seeking a substitute teacher to join our team at District Wide. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that students receive high-quality instruction in the absence of the regular classroom teacher. The ideal candidate will be flexible, reliable, and able to adapt quickly to changing circumstances. Responsibilities Deliver lesson plans that have been prepared by the regular classroom teacher Maintain a positive and safe classroom environment Manage student behavior effectively Follow all school policies and procedures Communicate with school administrators and other teachers as needed Provide feedback to the regular classroom teacher regarding student progress and behavior Perform other duties as assigned Requirements Bachelor's degree in education or related field Valid teaching license or substitute teaching license Prior teaching or substitute teaching experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility and adaptability to changing circumstances Ability to manage student behavior effectively Knowledge of instructional strategies and techniques Ability to follow lesson plans and deliver instruction effectively #J-18808-Ljbffr Sylvania
