Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop strategic treatment plans that address individual client needs, ensuring to incorporate pre-crisis and crisis interventions as necessary.

• Document clinical interactions promptly, accurately, and in accordance with regulatory requirements to maintain high standards of care.

• Employ evidence-based screening tools for diagnosis and progress tracking, in alignment with treatment protocols set forth by our clinical team.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to craft and execute positive behavior support plans tailored to the unique circumstances of each client.

• Actively engage in ongoing licensing and accreditation processes, and maintain current knowledge of legal and ethical responsibilities related to mental health care.

• Serve as a vital link between clients and essential state agencies or community partners, advocating for client needs and resources.
\n
• Establish and promote effective communication channels within the clinic and with external partners to meet organizational standards and enhance community outreach.
\n
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with local agencies to identify opportunities for collaboration, partnership, and funding support.
\n
• Engage in professional development activities such as attending conferences and participating in local task forces to enhance your expertise and contribute to the larger community mental health landscape.

• Promote the agency’s mission, values, and principles in all interactions.
\n
• Perform other clinical duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to ensure comprehensive client care and support.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work with a diverse population seeking assistance with various mental health issues. Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience.
