Collision Center Technician (Apprentice)

Collision Center Technician – Apprentice / Entry Level At Greenway Collision Center, we’re looking to develop the next generation of body technicians. If you’re motivated, hands‑on, and want to build a career in the collision industry, this is an opportunity to learn from experienced technicians in a high‑performing shop. Compensation: $20.00 – $28.00 per hour , based on experience Opportunity for advancement into a full Body Technician role Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm No Sundays Key Responsibilities Assist technicians with vehicle disassembly and reassembly Perform basic repair tasks under supervision Support body repairs including sanding, prepping, and parts handling Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety, OSHA, and shop procedures Learn proper use of tools, equipment, and repair processes Assist with moving vehicles and shop organization Participate in training and development programs Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications Interest in automotive or collision repair industry Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team environment Strong work ethic and attention to detail Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record Must be 18 years or older Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the workday Lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally Perform tasks requiring manual dexterity and use of tools Work in a fast‑paced shop environment Benefits Weekly pay Health insurance Paid holidays & PTO 401(k) with company match On-the-job training and career advancement opportunities Greenway Collision Center in Morris is an equal opportunity employer and prohibits all forms of discrimination without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws. #J-18808-Ljbffr Greenway
