Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify the developmental needs of children.

• Collaborate in the formulation, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP).

• Monitor and document outcomes, ensuring alignment with best practice standards in developmental intervention.

• Provide families with tailored support and guidance, enhancing their capacity to nurture their child’s development.

• Train and utilize evidence-based practices consistent with Natural Learning Environment Practices, fostering developmental growth.

• Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations to assure the quality of care and protection of client information.

• Facilitate regular communication with family members, addressing unique needs and concerns in a supportive manner.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is on very young children, particularly babies and toddlers who exhibit developmental delays or disabilities. By supporting their early growth, you will help empower families as they navigate challenges while promoting a nurturing and enriching learning environment. Your efforts will significantly impact children’s physical, cognitive, and emotional development during their formative years.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Social Work or a Doctorate of Social Work required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
