Senior Manager, Machine Learning

To ensure high-quality data for machine learning models, the full-time Senior Manager, Machine Learning will manage labeling quality and methodology, oversee the labeling platform, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while working remotely. Key responsibilities Define annotation guidelines and establish quality frameworks for labeling programs Serve as the primary user and requirements driver for the labeling platform, ensuring effective integration with ML infrastructure Source and manage external labeling vendors, setting quality standards and accountability measures Required qualifications 5+ years in ML data operations, data labeling, or a related field Deep understanding of annotation quality frameworks and methodologies Direct experience managing labeling platforms, preferably Label Studio Proven track record of managing outsourced labeling vendors Familiarity with common ML labeling tasks such as text classification and document extraction
