Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for clients based on their unique needs.

• Facilitate both joint therapy sessions for couples and individual sessions for family members, employing therapeutic interventions tailored for diverse situations.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to address a range of issues, including but not limited to: \n

  • Adjustment Issues related to Separation and Divorce

  • Mother/Daughter Relationship Challenges

• Support clients dealing with job stress and medical issues impacting their mental health.

• Engage with clients from blended families, focusing on unique dynamics that arise from remarriage and family integration.

• Document therapy sessions accurately and maintain compliance with state regulations and best practice standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve adults and children/adolescents navigating complex emotional challenges. Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) designation in the State of New Jersey.
