We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic finance team as a full-time Accounts Payable Specialist. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing organization. The successful candidate will work to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our accounts payable system and will play a crucial role in maintaining our financial records.

Job Details

Qualifications:
To qualify for the role of AP Specialist, you must have:

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry
Solid understanding of general ledger functions and entries.
Experience with Sage and Timberline is a plus!
Knowledge of ACH payment processing.
Experience with invoicing, approval, and cutting checks
Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred (not needed)
