Accounts Payable SpecialistPay: $25–$30/hourLocation: Irvine, Hybrid scheduleBenefits: 401(k), Medical insurance, Dental insurance, Paid sick timePosition OverviewA leading real estate organization is seeking an AP Specialist to provide accounts payable support. This role is focused on AP research, payment troubleshooting, issue resolution, and vendor support.The ideal candidate has hands-on Yardi experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to independently research and resolve payment-related issues.Primary ResponsibilitiesWork through a backlog of AP support emails and tickets.Research vendor inquiries regarding outstanding invoices and payments.Use Yardi to determine invoice and payment status and identify issues.Utilize AVID, as needed, to research check and payment status.Prioritize requests based on urgency and business impact.Communicate clearly and professionally with vendors and internal teams.Research, troubleshoot, and resolve AP issues independently.Maintain accurate records and follow issues through to resolution.Ideal QualificationsYardi experience required.Strong accounts payable and payment research experience.Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently.Resourceful, detail-oriented, and dependable.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Able to prioritize and manage a high-volume backlog.AVID experience is a plus, but not required.Real estate or property management experience is not required.BenefitsEligible employees may receive benefits including:401(k)Medical insuranceDental insurancePaid sick timeAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
