JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a Deskside Support Engineer to provide onsite technical support for end-user devices in an enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have experience troubleshooting Windows laptops/desktops, printers, and peripherals, along with knowledge of Active Directory, device imaging, and ITSM ticketing tools.
Required Skills:
- Experience with Desktop/Deskside Support
- Windows 10/11 troubleshooting
- Active Directory & Microsoft 365 support
- Printer and peripheral support
- PC imaging/deployment (SCCM/Intune preferred)
- ITSM tools (ServiceNow or similar)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
