EquipmentShare is searching for an Affiliate Marketing Specialist for our corporate office in Columbia, MO, to support our team as the department continues to grow.

EquipmentShare is seeking an Affiliate Marketing Specialist to assist with the setup, management, and growth of our online parts store.

Primary Responsibilities

• Prospect, onboard, activate and optimize vendors and influencers
• Manage an online platform that includes distributing content, monitoring performance, and facilitating profitable relationships
• Develop specialized program offerings tailored to individual affiliate platforms and needs
• Manage marketing content and communicate company initiatives
• Analyze and develop actionable plans customized for high profile partners to maximize campaign performance
• Create partner opportunities through various brand initiatives such as preferred placement offers, product-specific promotions, and more
• Detail-oriented task management juggling multiple partners through outreach and on-boarding process
• Solid Excel reporting skills with the ability to prioritize affiliate offers and communications based on individual partner performance while maintaining a strong ROAS and product margin
• Familiarity with reporting and basic data analysis to make data-driven campaign decisions

Skills & Qualifications

• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Ability to create and follow operational SOPs
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Docs and Sheets
• Bachelor's degree required
• 2 years of preferred experience
• Continually advocate for a better customer product experience
