Gynecologic Oncologist

Northwell Health's Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology is seeking a dynamic BC/BE Gynecologic Oncologist to join a highly reputable and expanding practice on Long Island. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with experienced surgeons in a cutting-edge practice setting, benefiting from a thriving referral network. The recruited surgeon will also participate in the launch of an advanced pelvic surgery fellowship program and collaborate within a state-of-the-art comprehensive cancer center.Practice InfoOutpatient office hours are held at two practice locations in Suffolk County.Practice locations combine state-of-the-art technologies, cutting edge NCI (GOG) clinical trials, and advanced surgery techniques.Utilizes a dual console DaVinci Si Robot System with FireFly technology.Collaborates with a multi-disciplinary team at a state-of-the-art, comprehensive cancer center opened in late 2016.The cancer center encompasses diagnostic radiology, medical/surgical/radiation oncology, and infusion services.ResponsibilitiesStep into a practice that is thriving through referrals within the network and community.Work with experienced surgeons in a cutting edge practice setting.Participate in the launch of our advanced pelvic surgery fellowship program (open and minimally invasive).Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team at a state-of-the-art, comprehensive cancer center.Apply for academic appointment at the Hofstra Northwell School of Medicine in the Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology's Division of Gynecologic Oncology.CompensationGenerous compensation model.Competitive salary.BenefitsBenefits package.RequirementsBC/BE Gynecologic Oncologist
