Public Benefit Supervisor

Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a Public Benefit Supervisor to lead a team that assists patients in securing Medicaid, charity care, and other financial assistance. In this role, you will oversee daily workflows, coach and schedule benefit specialists, and monitor key performance metrics to ensure timely, accurate eligibility screening and program enrollment. You will collaborate with hospital registration, billing, and case management teams, resolve escalated patient issues, and ensure compliance with payer, state, and federal regulations. This is a mission-driven role that improves financial outcomes for both patients and provider organizations.
