Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary finance partner for assigned programs and projectsPrepare quarterly profit and cash reporting at the program levelTrack, analyze, and forecast program costs, margins, and cash flowManage invoicing and milestone billing; partner with AR for collectionsPerform variance analysis, estimates‑to‑complete (ETC), and estimates‑at‑completion (EAC)Support revenue recognition activities with working knowledge of ASC 606Assist with audits (internal, external, and government, as applicable)Prepare monthly program financial packages and ad‑hoc analysisCollaborate closely with Program Managers, Contracts, and Operations teamsRequirementsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field4+ years of experience in program finance, cost accounting, or project‑based financial analysisManufacturing, government contracting, or defense‑related experience strongly preferredStrong understanding of cost reporting, forecasting, and financial analysisExposure to earned value management (EVM/EVMS) a plusAdvanced Excel skills; ERP experience requiredJob typePerm
