Dining Specialist, Associate - Velocity Black (Remote) We are seeking a dedicated hospitality professional with deep knowledge of the restaurant industry and strong relationships in major U.S. markets. The ideal candidate will build relationships with top-tier restaurants, deliver prime reservations, and contribute to content development. General Responsibilities Communicate with clients, restaurants, and team members to secure prime reservations at top restaurants in major U.S. markets. Source ideas for weekly content submissions to the content team. Develop new relationships with restaurants and nightlife venues in major U.S. markets. What We Are Looking For Experience working with high net worth clients. Strong knowledge of the major U.S. markets dining industry. Strong existing relationships with top-tier restaurants. Experience building relationships and partnerships with dining and nightlife venues. Entrepreneurial, problem‑solving attitude. Excellent, clear, and effective verbal and written communication skills. Experience working in a collaborative and transparent environment. Ability to work in high‑pressure environments with tight deadlines. Flexible working hours and availability for evenings and weekends. Basic Qualifications High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification. At least 3 years of luxury hospitality experience. At least 2 years of fine‑dining experience. Compensation Remote (Regardless of Location): $66,700 - $76,100 for Premium Customer Agent II Richmond, VA: $66,700 - $76,100 for Premium Customer Agent II This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
