Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions and needs, utilizing advanced evaluation techniques.

• Deliver hands-on physical therapy services to an average of 7 patients per day, employing a variety of modalities and techniques to facilitate healing.
• Monitor patient progress through regular evaluations and adjust treatment plans accordingly to optimize recovery.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment processes, recovery expectations, and strategies for long-term health maintenance.
• Document all patient interactions and progress in compliance with clinic policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in clinic meetings and training sessions to stay abreast of contemporary practices within the physical therapy field.

Qualifications

• Current New York State Physical Therapy License.

Compensation and Benefits
