Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial evaluations to assess biomechanical and functional capacities, leading to the creation of customized treatment plans that align with each patient's specific needs.
• Administer orthopedic physical therapy services, utilizing hands-on therapeutic techniques and modern modalities to achieve measurable progress.
• Monitor patient progression through regular reviews, modifying treatment approaches as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Instruct patients and their families on self-management strategies, post-treatment exercises, and lifestyle modifications to enhance recovery and prevent recurrence of injuries.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in compliance with clinic standards, ensuring timely reporting of patient progress and coordination with other health care providers.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A valid physical therapy license in the state of New York.
