Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments of patients to identify their specific physical therapy needs and devise personalized treatment plans that cater to their recovery goals.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to align with each patient's progress.
• Instruct and educate patients about recovery techniques, injury prevention, and long-term wellness strategies to promote sustained outcomes.
• Maintain precise and timely clinical documentation to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facilitate seamless communication within the care team.
• Contribute actively to a collaborative work environment by participating in team meetings, sharing insights, and mentoring newer team members.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at our facility, you will primarily engage with patients recovering from orthopedic conditions, including post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain management. Qualifications

• Possession of an active Physical Therapy license in New York State.
• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, with consideration for candidates holding a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) degree.
