Work Environment

In this full-time position, you will work in a collaborative, onsite setting surrounded by a team of experienced healthcare professionals. You will enjoy a Monday to Friday schedule from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced professional and personal life.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify injuries or conditions affecting mobility and function.
• Develop customized, evidence-based rehabilitation plans tailored to individual needs, integrating manual therapies and movement-oriented treatments.
• Implement functional strength training regimens that promote recovery and encourage patients to regain independence.
• Monitor patient progress regularly and adjust treatment plans based on feedback and clinical observations.
• Educate patients and their families on best practices to prevent re-injury and enhance recovery, fostering a proactive approach to health.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational protocols.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work primarily with a diverse patient population, focusing on individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and musculoskeletal conditions. Qualifications

• Must possess an active New York Physical Therapist license.

Compensation and Benefits

Inner Sage Physical Therapy offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
