Overseas Distribution Country Manager (North America)

Job Requirements 1. Experience and Resources

• Bachelor's degree or above, with 8-10 years of experience in channel sales in the local markets of Germany, Austria, or Switzerland;
• Must have practical experience in to B and to G business operations (such as government tenders, enterprise centralized procurement, public project shortlisting, etc.);
• Those with existing resources in distributors, System Integrator, or government procurement channels are preferred.

2. Professional Competence

• Have a deep understanding of the German regional distribution system, public procurement regulations, and business culture;
• Possess strong market development, high-level negotiation, and bidding operation capabilities, be result-oriented, and be able to independently complete the entire process from lead generation to payment collection.

3. Comprehensive Quality

• Excellent cross-cultural communication and problem-solving skills, able to independently handle complex business and compliance matters;
• Adapt to high-frequency business trips within the region (Germany/Austria/Switzerland).

4. Language and Qualifications

• Both German (C1 level or above) and English (business fluent) are working languages, enabling direct communication with local clients and government agencies regarding contracts and product solutions.
• Hold a valid local work visa or long-term EU residence status (local). Job Responsibilities

1. Goal achieved Assist the regional head in formulating annual sales targets for the countries under their jurisdiction, independently develop personal sales plans, and achieve sales volume and payment collection targets for both to B (enterprise customers) and to G (government/public institution) channels. 2. Channel Development and Management

• Independently develop local distributors, wholesalers, and large retailers, with a focus on expanding channel resources for enterprise group purchasing, government bidding, and public procurement (such as municipal, education, healthcare, etc.).
• Maintain relationships with existing channels, increase product distribution rate and terminal display image, and strengthen the brand's professional influence in the German-speaking region.

3. Business implementation Lead contract negotiation, price management, bidding support, and full-process follow-up of orders, ensure timely payment collection, and coordinate cross-border/local compliance matters. 4. Sales Support Collaborate with distributors to conduct product training, optimize terminal displays, and carry out joint promotional activities; cooperate with the marketing department to enhance the brand's awareness and reputation in the German-speaking region. 5. Information Feedback The system collects and feeds back local market dynamics, competing product strategies, policy and regulatory changes, and customer needs, providing decision-making basis for the company's product iteration and regional strategy adjustment.
