Legora has grown from 40 to over 600 people in 18 months, reaching $100M+ in ARR . The Talent Acquisition function is now entering its next chapter — the processes, standards, and hiring approach for the next phase of growth are being built today, and this role is central to shaping them.

What You Will Do

You are not a support function for the Growth team. You are a commercial operator in your own right, accountable for hiring outcomes across North America.

• Own full-cycle recruitment across Growth teams in North America, partnering closely with hiring managers to define role scope, success profiles, and hiring strategies aligned to business priorities.


• Build and nurture proactive talent pipelines for critical and future hiring needs, staying ahead of demand rather than reacting to it.


• Run structured, data-informed hiring processes that balance quality, pace, and consistency while maintaining a high bar.


• Contribute beyond hiring to process design, programs, tooling, and broader People initiatives.


• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first conversation through to offer, acting as a trusted ambassador for Legora.

What You Bring

You understand that hiring decisions are business decisions, and you hold yourself accountable to the same outcomes as the teams you hire for. Specifically:

• 5+ years in talent acquisition within a high-growth, startup, scaleup, or VC-backed environment, with meaningful depth hiring sales and go-to-market talent.


• A proven track record hiring high-performing GTM professionals across seniority levels.


• Commercial acumen — understanding of OTE structures, quota attainment, and revenue trajectory impact.


• Experience shaping hiring strategy with senior stakeholders, not just executing briefs.


• Ability to run multiple complex searches without losing quality or pace.


• Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action; collaborative but direct.
