Sous-Chef in Training: Lead Line Cook & Mentor

White Lodging is seeking a Sous Chef in training at JW Marriott Austin to learn and perform full duties in the absence of the Sous Chef. You will mentor entry and senior cooks, apprentices, and stewards while overseeing daily preparation and production in the food outlet. The role requires knowledge of cooking equipment, basic techniques, and the ability to work at a fast pace.
