Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday-Friday | 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

Are you experienced in inventory control, SAP, and warehouse operations? We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Inventory Associate (SAP) to support inventory accuracy, material movement, and warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive on organization, problem-solving, and working collaboratively across departments to ensure materials are available when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Pull and stage materials for work orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by ensuring SAP system records align with physical inventory.
• Perform cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Receive, stock, issue, and transfer materials according to established procedures.
• Support shipping and receiving operations, including documentation and system updates.
• Process inventory transactions in SAP, ERP, and other warehouse management systems.
• Coordinate with Production Control, Manufacturing, and Material Planning teams to support operational needs.
• Fulfill urgent material requests, including Aircraft on Ground (AOG) requirements.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Office applications to maintain inventory records and reporting.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment.
• Identify and resolve inventory and material flow issues through effective problem-solving and collaboration.

Required Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, inventory control, shipping, or receiving experience.
• Experience working with SAP, ERP systems, Oracle, or similar inventory management software.
• Hands-on experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
• Strong computer and data entry skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate and work cross-functionally with multiple departments.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work with a strong sense of urgency.
• Understanding of warehouse safety practices and procedures.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience performing cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
• Knowledge of shipping, receiving, and materials management processes.
• Experience supporting manufacturing or production environments.
• Ability to quickly learn new warehouse systems and technologies.

Work Environment

This position works in a warehouse setting and involves inventory management, material handling, shipping and receiving activities, and system-based data entry. Daily work includes operating RF scanners, using SAP and other warehouse systems, and collaborating with production and planning teams to support efficient operations.

This is a Contract position based out of Philadelphia, PA.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
