A medida que seguimos creciendo, estamos buscando un/a Cocinero/a de Pizza dinámico/a para apoyar en las operaciones diarias de nuestro restaurante.
Resumen del Puesto:
El/la Cocinero/a de Pizza es responsable de preparar pizzas, ensaladas y aperitivos. Este puesto requiere experiencia en rotación de inventario, preparación de alimentos, limpieza, atención al cliente y trabajo en equipo. Trabaja en estrecha colaboración con el equipo de atención al cliente para asegurar que todos los pedidos sean correctos y que siempre superemos las expectativas de los clientes.
Responsabilidades Principales:
Rotación de Inventario
Asegurar la rotación adecuada del inventario, incluyendo alimentos, suministros y equipos
Mantener la cocina bien abastecida y minimizar el desperdicio
Preparación de Alimentos
Preparar y presentar los platos siguiendo todas las recetas y estándares de presentación
Completar las listas de preparación en tiempo y forma
Limpieza
Mantener un entorno limpio y organizado
Seguir todos los procedimientos, horarios y listas de verificación de limpieza
Mantener el equipo de cocina en buen estado y reportar cualquier problema oportunamente
Seguir los procedimientos y normas adecuados de manipulación de alimentos
Servicio al Cliente
Recibir a los clientes con entusiasmo y brindar hospitalidad excepcional
Ir más allá para resolver cualquier problema de los clientes
Trabajo en Equipo
Colaborar con los compañeros para ofrecer una experiencia de primera clase
Contribuir a lograr el objetivo de ser la “Pizzería Favorita del Vecindario” de cada cliente
Requisitos:

Disponibilidad los fines de semana y feriados
Gran atención al detalle
Actitud positiva y disposición para aprender
Conocimiento de las regulaciones de seguridad alimentaria y mejores prácticas de la industria
Capacidad para seguir instrucciones
Buenas habilidades de comunicación
Habilidades Preferidas:
Experiencia previa haciendo pizza
Experiencia con sistemas KDS (pantallas de cocina)
Bilingüe (inglés/español)
