Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule while ensuring that you can meet the needs of your clients effectively. Our team operates collaboratively, utilizing technology to maintain communication and coordination with healthcare professionals and family members. You may need to visit clients' homes or facilities occasionally to conduct assessments or provide support directly in their environment. Regular office hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, although occasional evening or weekend hours may be necessary based on client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n
