Sales Director Or Senior Director Position

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director -Sales to lead our sales strategy and drive revenue growth in the telecom sector. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in technical sales, a deep understanding of telecom solutions, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills who can foster relationships with key clients while motivating a high-performing sales team.

Key responsibilities include:

Sales strategy & execution
Client & stakeholder management
Market analysis & opportunity identification
Collaboration with marketing
Performance monitoring & reporting
Industry representation

Qualifications:

15+ years of experience in technical sales, with a minimum of 5 years in the telecom industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong understanding of telecom products and services, including but not limited to network infrastructure, OSS, BSS, cloud, data and AI.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Bachelor's degree in business, management, engineering or related field.
