Sales Director Or Senior Director Position
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director -Sales to lead our sales strategy and drive revenue growth in the telecom sector. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in technical sales, a deep understanding of telecom solutions, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills who can foster relationships with key clients while motivating a high-performing sales team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Sales strategy & execution
- Client & stakeholder management
- Market analysis & opportunity identification
- Collaboration with marketing
- Performance monitoring & reporting
- Industry representation
Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience in technical sales, with a minimum of 5 years in the telecom industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of telecom products and services, including but not limited to network infrastructure, OSS, BSS, cloud, data and AI.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, engineering or related field.
