- 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Financial Services Operations (FSO).
- Expertise in JavaScript, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and REST APIs.
- Experience implementing Loan Operations| Deposit Operations| Complaint Operations| or Treasury Operations.
- Agile/Scrum experience and strong stakeholder communication skills.
