Assistant Manager

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll partner with the General Manager to drive business results while building a strong team culture and delivering an Unrivaled Guest Experience. Role Overview Full-time leadership role with training and support Fast-paced, guest‑focused environment Hands‑on business and team development experience Performance‑based raises and advancement consideration Flexible scheduling with weekend availability required What You’ll Do: Assist the GM/DL in daily operations, including scheduling, labor, and performance Support a culture of hospitality, development, and accountability Train, coach, and retain a high‑performing team Lead by example in guest service, food safety, and brand standards Manage inventory, cash handling, and P&L reporting tools Address guest concerns and team challenges with professionalism Foster local brand presence and store community engagement Uphold company policies, safety standards, and compliance procedures Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old High school diploma or GED required Assistant Manager or Supervisor experience in food service or retail preferred Proven ability to coach, develop, and lead others Comfortable with scheduling software, inventory tools, and basic reporting Strong communication, time management, and problem‑solving skills Able to work 40–45 hours/week, including evenings and weekends Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Willing to work in cold environments (walk‑in coolers/freezers) Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a part‑time or full‑time position. This position may work outside of normal business hours to include evenings, weekends, and holidays (as needed).
