Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand each client's mental health landscape, identifying strengths, challenges, and available community resources.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.

• Create and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, establishing clear therapeutic goals and interventions tailored to their specific circumstances.

• Engage in regular consultation with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to our clients' care.
