Responsibilities
- Provide unit-based leadership in the operating room, collaborating with the Nurse Manager, Director, physicians, and staff
- Supervise and direct activities of various nursing and ancillary personnel using professional and supervisory discretion
- Ensure that patients on the unit receive cost-effective, professional care that supports positive outcomes and high patient satisfaction while maintaining patient safety
- Assess and take steps to improve the quality of the patient experience on the unit
- Uphold OR policies and safety standards; support performance improvement initiatives and collaboration across disciplines

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license
- Extensive operating room (OR) nursing experience
- Prior nurse leadership or management experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced OR environment
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with multidisciplinary teams
- Commitment to patient safety and quality improvement
