HR Generalist (Employee Relations & Compliance)

What You Will Do Serve as a key HR business partner supporting a broad range of human resources functions. Lead employee relations efforts by providing coaching, guidance, conflict resolution, and workplace investigations as needed. Support recruitment, onboarding, and new hire integration activities across the organization. Ensure compliance with HR policies, employment regulations, and organizational procedures. Partner with leaders across departments on workforce planning, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives. Assist with workers' compensation, unemployment claims, and other employee-related programs. Utilize HR data and reporting to identify trends and support informed decision-making. Provide support across HR operations, including HRIS administration, process improvement, and team member communications. Act as a trusted resource for employees and leaders while helping foster a positive workplace culture. How You Are Qualified 5–7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably in a generalist capacity. Experience supporting healthcare, senior living, or similar is required. Demonstrated expertise in employee relations, coaching, and conflict resolution. Strong understanding of HR compliance, employment law, and best practices. Experience partnering with leaders across multiple functions and organizational levels. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend solutions. Experience working with HRIS platforms; Paycom experience is a plus. Exposure to compensation, workforce analytics, workers' compensation, or payroll support is beneficial.
