Are you the person who makes people feel welcome the second they walk in the door? Gameday Men's Health is looking for a warm, organized, detail-driven Front Desk Coordinator to be the first face our patients see — and a key reason they keep coming back.

Why Gameday?
We're not a typical medical office. Our Destin clinic is built like a high-end man-cave — leather seating, big screens, hardwood floors, sports memorabilia — because we believe healthcare should feel comfortable, not clinical. We help men reclaim their energy, confidence, and quality of life through testosterone replacement therapy and other men's health services, and we're growing fast.

What You'll Do

• Be the first point of contact for patients — in person and by phone — setting the tone for a five-star experience
• Manage scheduling, check-ins, and day-to-day front office flow
• Keep patient records and administrative systems organized and accurate
• Support the clinical team with clerical and operational tasks so they can focus on patient care
• Help maintain the polished, welcoming feel of the space patients love

What We're Looking For

• Prior front-desk, medical office, or customer service experience (required)
• Sharp attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• A friendly, professional presence — someone who can build rapport quickly
• Comfortable with scheduling software and basic administrative tools
• A team player who takes ownership and shows up reliable
• Strong administrative assistance and clerical skills
• Prior medical field experience preferred but not required
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities
• Prior experience in executive administrative roles preferred
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
