Role: Salesforce Business Analyst
Location: Alpharetta, GA, 100% Onsite 5 days/week
Experience: 6-8 Year
Duration: 12+ Months



Rate: $60/hr(C2C) or $50/hr (W2)

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Salesforce CRM programs.
• Strong experience in requirement gathering, stakeholder discussions, and solution workshops.
• Good understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud and Automotive Cloud capabilities .
• Experience in preparing User Stories, Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, and Process Flows.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional requirements for development teams.
• Experience supporting UAT, defect triage, and release activities.
• Strong knowledge of Case Management, Customer Service, and Automotive business processes .
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
• Ability to coordinate with business users, developers, testers, and project managers.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Salesforce BA certification or relevant Salesforce functional certifications preferred.
