Job Summary The Accounts Payable Specialist supports accounting and financial operations by collecting, processing, and distributing cost and financial data. This role involves handling transactions with employees, suppliers, and customers, ensuring compliance with established requirements, and assisting with reconciliations and discrepancy resolution. Strong SAP experience and prior work in large manufacturing environments are essential. Key Responsibilities S upport accounting objectives including estimating, cost analysis, and tax reporting Process transactions with employees, suppliers, and customers in accounts payable/receivable, travel accounting, payroll, and disbursement control Review transactions for compliance with established requirements Prepare financial documents and perform basic reconciliations Assist in resolving discrepancies by coordinating with employees, suppliers, customers, and other organizati ons Required Qualifications H igh school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 4 years of related experience in accounting or financial operations Strong SAP proficiency with prior experience in large manufacturing environments Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively across tea ms Preferred Qualifications Experience in cost analysis or tax reporting Familiarity with payroll and travel accounting processe s Education: High School
