Job Description
Therapy/Rehabilitation - PT Outpatient

Schedule

5 days a week, 8-hour shifts from 08:30 to 17:00.

Assignment Details

Guaranteed 40 hours per week; the facility may call off up to 3 times during a 13-week assignment.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience required.
• Current NM license or pending state license accepted.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience with adults and geriatrics.
• Skills in cardiopulmonary care, neurology, and sports medicine.
• Familiarity with outpatient clinic procedures including AROM/AAROM/PROM and assistive devices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and develop treatment goals.
• Provide rehabilitation therapies to adults and geriatric patients.
• Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercises.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities.
• Assist with gait training and functional movement interventions.
