Commercial Dispatcher (Remote, U.S.)

In this fully remote role, you'll coordinate technician schedules, manage work orders, and serve as a key point of communication between customers, vendors, and field technicians. Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Hourly Rate: $23/hour ($47,840 annually).

About the Role

As a Commercial Dispatcher, you'll serve as a key part of our service operations team, coordinating technician schedules, managing work orders, and facilitating clear communication between customers, vendors, and field technicians. Supporting our Hudson, FL office remotely, you'll help ensure timely, high-quality service delivery for commercial clients across the country in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily dispatch operations and technician scheduling.
• Create and dispatch work orders in accordance with company procedures.
• Monitor service requests to ensure timely completion.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and field technicians regarding service updates.
• Handle incoming calls and emails professionally and efficiently.
• Create, update, and close work orders as needed.
• Maintain vendor and location information within company systems.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Support additional operational and administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

Required

• High School Diploma or GED
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background, drug, and driver's license screenings.

Required Schedule (EST)

This position follows a weekend-only schedule totaling 31 hours per week:

• Friday: 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM EST (5 hours)
• Saturday: 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM EST (14 hours)
• Sunday: 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM EST (14 hours)
