Revenue Cycle Representative

Managing client business accounts, the full-time Revenue Cycle Representative will be responsible for collecting outstanding balances from commercial insurance and self-pay payers while continuously improving revenue cycle processes in a remote capacity for candidates residing in WI, IL, or IA. Key responsibilities: Oversee credit and collections activities of client accounts, ensuring the integrity of the accounts receivable ledger Document adjustments needed to client accounts and pursue collection activities for outstanding balances Coordinate collection activities with outside agencies and provide feedback to internal departments regarding revenue flow issues Required qualifications: High School diploma or GED One to two years of experience in healthcare claims processing and collections, or equivalent education and experience Proficiency in a Windows environment, particularly with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel Ability to complete documentation accurately within prescribed time frames Excellent organizational skills Virtual Vocations Inc
